Most people don’t realize that when REALTORS® contribute to the REALTOR® Political Action Committee (RPAC), their dollars may end up supporting candidates who actively work against fair housing protections, against LGBTQ+ families, and against the very communities they serve.

It’s time for consumers to demand better.

Ask your REALTOR® to withhold donations to RPAC until it commits to:

• Stop funding candidates who promote hate, discrimination, or the rollback of civil rights
• Align its political giving with Article 10 of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, which promises equal professional service to all people regardless of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender identity

Fair housing should not be partisan.
Equality should not be negotiable.

If your REALTOR® believes in equality, ask them to prove it—by choosing not to contribute to political funds that empower bigotry.
